You have 100 days after receiving your order to return any item that does not suit you.

Good news: returns are free of charge when using our partner Chronopost's pick-up point network (valid for metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain).

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Ensure the item is brand new, unworn, and placed in its original packaging.
2. Register your return on our dedicated portal to generate and print your prepaid shipping label.
3. Drop off your securely sealed package at the pick-up point of your choice.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of your item in our workshops, we will automatically process your refund.
