Do you want to exchange your product for a different size or colour?

Good news: exchanges are free of charge if made through one of the 30,000 Pickup points of our partner Chronopost (valid in metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain).

How to proceed?

1. Make sure the item is new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
2. Register your exchange on our returns portal to generate your prepaid shipping label.
3. Drop off your package at the nearest pick-up point.
4. As soon as we receive and validate your return, we will ship your new item!
