To create your customer account and join the JULES & JENN community, we have designed a simplified and secure process. You don't need to remember any password.
Follow these simple steps:
- Go to our website and click on the "My Account" icon in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address in the required field.
- Check your inbox: a unique 6-digit access code will be sent to you immediately.
- Enter this code on the website to confirm your account creation and access your personal space.
Why is there no password?To ensure both simplicity and maximum security, we use a unique code login system. Each time you log in, a new code is sent to your email.
Good to know:
- If you don't receive the email within a few moments, please check your junk/spam folder. ⏱️
- Your account allows you to track your orders, manage returns, and access your invoices easily.
