Did you validate your order a little too quickly? Don't worry, it happens!
For technical reasons, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order yourself directly from your customer account.

What if my order has already been shipped?
We are very quick to prepare your packages! If your order has already been processed by our logistics warehouse, we unfortunately won't be able to intercept it. You will simply need to return it to us upon receipt using the prepaid return label to get an exchange or a full refund.
