Yes, at JULES & JENN, we want to make your life easier in case of a sizing error or a change of mind!

Here are our return conditions:

• First return is free: Your very first return (or exchange) is 100% free of charge if made from metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Spain.
• Second return: If you wish to make a second return or a new exchange on the exact same order, a flat shipping fee of €10 (incl. VAT) will be requested. This amount can be paid directly by Credit Card, via PayPal, or simply deducted from your final refund.
• Other destinations: For any return made from another country, or if you choose to use a different shipping method than the one offered on our returns portal, a €10 participation fee will also be applied.
